We build safety into the product — from verification and moderation to reporting tools and privacy controls. This page explains our approach and what you can do to stay safe on Ninnil Matrimony.

If you see harassment, suspicious messages, underage users, or anything that breaks our rules, tap the report button on the profile or in chat. You can also contact us at the email above for urgent issues.

We offer optional verification tools (selfie verification, ID checks when required). Verification helps other users trust profiles but does not guarantee safety — continue to follow normal safety practices when meeting people.

• Stay in public, well-lit places and tell someone your plans.
• Arrange your own transportation and keep personal details private until comfortable.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave and report the person.

• Only share images you’re comfortable with others seeing.
• Report explicit, abusive, or non-consensual imagery immediately.
• If someone pressures you for money, personal details, or explicit content — stop contact and report.

We use automated signals (spam detectors, pattern recognition) and human reviewers to identify suspicious accounts, scams, and violations. These systems help keep the app safe and surface risky content for review.

• Never send money or share financial details with someone you meet on the app.
• Be careful with profiles that avoid video/voice chat, rush intimacy, or request money.
• If someone claims an emergency and asks for funds, treat it as a potential scam and report them.

• Adjust location, camera, and microphone permissions in device settings.
• Block and report users immediately if they make you uncomfortable.
• Use profile and message controls to limit who can contact you.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. For issues requiring urgent help, please use local emergency channels and then report within the app.

• Ninnil Matrimony is strictly for adults (18+). If you suspect someone is under 18, report the profile immediately.
• We will investigate, may require verification, and will remove accounts that violate the age rule.
• We cooperate with authorities when needed to protect minors.

We share data only when necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, or comply with law enforcement requests and our legal obligations. We do not sell user data.

We continually update safety practices and tools. We may change processes or add protections as the product evolves. Significant updates will be communicated in-app.
